Terms of service
Last updated October 5, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and [company name — pending, Q-33], [registered address — pending, Q-33] (“Barmaris”, “we”) about the Barmaris Studio apps and the barmaris.com web site (the “service”). By creating an account you accept them.
1. Who can use the service
You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a contract. One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens in your account; keep access to your sign-in method (Apple, Google or your e-mail address) secure.
2. What the service does
Barmaris Studio generates photo shoots and short videos of you from three reference photos of your face, lets you select, edit and download them, post them to your own social network accounts and share them in the in-app community. Generation uses AI models and may not always match your expectations; you can regenerate frames within your limit.
3. Your photos and your content
- You may upload photos of your own face only. You confirm that you are the person shown, that you are an adult and that you have the right to use the photos.
- You keep the rights in the photos you upload and in the content you create. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, process, display and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service to you — for example to generate, store and show your shoots, publish what you choose to publish and post what you ask us to post.
- Content you publish in the community is visible to other users until you hide or delete it.
- Every photo and video made with the service is labelled as AI-generated; do not remove or hide these labels when you share the content.
4. Content rules
You must follow the Content rules. We check content automatically and with human review, may refuse, hide or remove content that breaks them, and may warn, restrict or ban accounts. You can appeal our decisions as described in the Content rules.
5. Plans, limits and payments
- New accounts get a one-time Trial with a small limit and a watermark. Paid plans (Lite, Blogger, Business) are monthly subscriptions sold through the App Store or Google Play; the store shows the price in your currency, takes the payment and handles renewals, cancellations and refunds under its own terms.
- Each plan includes a monthly limit shared by photos and video. Unused limit does not carry over to the next month. Extra packs never expire and can be used with any paid plan.
- If a generation fails or a frame is rejected by our safety checks, the limit it reserved is returned.
- Moving to a higher plan applies at once; a lower plan starts from the next billing period.
6. Invitations
If someone you invited completes their first shoot, you both receive bonus credits as shown in the app. We may limit the number of rewards and withhold rewards in cases of abuse, such as invitations to your own additional accounts.
7. Posting to social networks
When you connect a social network account and ask us to post, we post on your behalf. The network’s own terms apply to the post. You can disconnect an account at any time.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features; we will tell you in advance about changes that materially affect your plan.
9. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion becomes final after 7 days. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms or the Content rules, or if the law requires it. Ending the agreement does not affect purchases already made through the stores, which follow the stores’ refund rules.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for content you create and share, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by [governing law — pending legal review]. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts.
12. Contact
